Three Canadian Bowlers Achieved Game Milestones at the 2025 World Cup

Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) is proud to share the incredible playing milestones for High Performance Squad Members John Bezear, Emma Boyd, and Kelly McKerihen!

During the 2025 World Cup, which took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia earlier this month, these stand-out athletes achieved capping milestones based on the number of games (tests) played at qualifying major multi-nation events. Team Canada veteran John Bezear notched his 50th cap during the event, while teammate and up-and-coming bowls star Emma Boyd also achieved 50th games! Named #1 Female Bowler in the World this past year, Kelly McKerihen officially reached her 200th game representing Canada on the international stage!

Congratulations to all three fantastic bowlers! We’re so proud to celebrate this special achievement, and we look forward to future accomplishments of all our Canadian Bowlers!
